영수증과 장부
총액과 항목 합계가 다르면 확정하지 말고 검토 화면에서 해당 행을 수정합니다.
카메라가 어렵다면 스캔, 사진 선택 또는 수동 입력을 사용합니다.
장부가 잠기면 Face ID·기기 암호와 앱 잠금 설정을 확인합니다.
앱 밖으로 내보낸 파일은 Files나 저장한 앱에서 별도로 관리·삭제합니다.
Business·FlowTwin
Business와 FlowTwin은 App Store 상품과 해당 앱 버전에서 제공되는 경우에만 표시됩니다. 공정 단계를 완료하려면 완료일과 근거·참조를 함께 저장해야 합니다. 일정 Revision 수정과 실제 공정 완료는 서로 다른 작업입니다.
Excel·CSV·JSON 가져오기는 먼저 미리보기에서 대상 주문, 변경 행, 오류와 적용 방식을 확인하세요. 오류가 발생하면 원본을 덮어쓰지 말고 직접 입력 또는 수정 파일로 다시 검토합니다.
구입·복원
앱에 상품이 표시되는 경우 Apple 결제 화면에서 현지 가격을 확인할 수 있습니다. 이전에 구입한 비소모성 상품은 앱의 구입 복원으로 같은 Apple Account의 검증된 거래를 다시 확인합니다. 환불과 결제 문제는 Apple의 구입 내역 또는 reportaproblem.apple.com에서 처리합니다.
상품이 표시되지 않는다면 네트워크, App Store 상태와 앱 버전을 확인하세요. 준비되지 않은 상품을 우회해 열 수는 없습니다.
Outlook·캘린더·동기화
Outlook 메뉴는 production 연결 설정이 있는 앱 버전에서만 보입니다. ERPIGEON은 Mail.Read만 사용하며 메일함을 수정하거나 메일을 보내지 않습니다. 캘린더는 선택한 일정을 읽기 전용으로 표시합니다.
동기화는 네트워크와 Apple 계정 상태에 따라 지연될 수 있습니다. 로컬 저장 완료와 다른 기기 반영 완료는 같은 상태가 아닙니다. 충돌이나 전송 대기가 보이면 같은 자료를 새로 만들지 말고 동기화 상태에서 다시 확인하세요.
개인정보·데이터·접근성
앱 설정에서 지원되는 로컬 데이터 삭제, Outlook 연결 해제, 권한 변경과 내보내기를 사용할 수 있습니다. VoiceOver, 큰 글자, 색상 구분 또는 조작 문제도 위 이메일로 문의하세요. 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침을 확인하세요.
Include the ERPIGEON version and build, device category, OS version, affected screen, steps to reproduce, visible error, and a redacted screenshot. Do not send original receipts, bank or card details, Apple Account or Microsoft passwords, real counterparty email, or confidential business documents.
Receipts and ledger
If the receipt total and item sum differ, do not confirm the record; edit the affected row in review. Use scanning, photo selection, or manual entry when camera capture is unsuitable. Copies exported outside the app must be managed and deleted at their destination.
Business and FlowTwin
These surfaces appear only when the relevant App Store product and app version provide them. Completing a process step requires both a completion date and evidence/reference. Editing a schedule revision is separate from recording actual operational completion. Preview Excel, CSV, or JSON changes and errors before applying them.
Purchase and restore
When products are available, Apple shows the local price before purchase. Restore Purchases rechecks verified non-consumable purchases for the same Apple Account. Apple handles refunds and billing through purchase history or reportaproblem.apple.com.
Outlook, Calendar, and sync
Outlook appears only in a production-configured version and uses read-only Mail.Read; ERPIGEON does not send or alter mail. Calendar access is read-only. Local save completion and arrival on another device are separate states, and sync may be delayed by network or Apple account conditions.
